My passion for cooking has brought me to develop constant preperation, for this I have attended courses by the greatest master chefs of which I have also inserted their selections in our menu, and fresh and seasonal dishes are suggested daily.
I believe that a good dish needs to satisfy all senses and for this reason I enjoy building creations where even the form harmonizes with tastes, enriching the presentation with many different components.
All those who visit the land of Tuscany, and above all Firenze, even if for a brief time, never neglect to try one of the many selections of its cuisine, which boast international fame as well as its excellent and unimitable wines.
Because of this, we know that the choice of our guests often tends towards regional dishes to which we dedicate loving care in preperation which, thanks to the genuineness of the ingredients, constantly relates to our search for freshness and flavour.
